We have unchecked the "Automatically Update" box in each style.We have based the heading styles on the previous heading style (basing Heading 1 on "(no style)").We have removed some things that may have a cascading effect (such as we have based all styles on "(no style)" except for heading styles) so that a change to one style won't effect the other.We have removed some things that may have an effect when opening on multiple computers (such as "+body" and "+Heading" fonts so that theme doesn't play a role).Here are the things we have tried so far: Occasionally after we have imported the styles and checked that they have the correct settings, as we are working in the file the fonts and other settings change without us doing anything.
